I shot myself! Woot!

Follistim night one -- done.

It wasn't as bad as I had anticipated.  I don't know why I was so nervous about it.  I give myself b-12 injections once a month so it is not like I have never injected myself.  I think there just seemed like to many steps I was worried about messing it up.

But I did it.

On a much less exciting note, I had the worst migraine last night.  I ALWAYS get a migraine on the first and last day of my period.  This happens every month, rain or shine, never fail.  I told my RE this and was very concerned about not being able to take any imitrex.

Well, just as I predicted, AF showed up along with a wicked headache.  It got so bad I was up all night crying and throwing up.  No fun.  I called my RE's office in tears this morning.

Seriously, it was quite an ugly crying melt down.

They said to go ahead and take an imitrex to give me some relief.  It was like the music to my ears.  Within an hour I was SO MUCH better.

My RE's office also told me that they had been keeping a close eye on my prolactin levels.  Apparently they tend to fluctuate a lot and can get into the high range.  She said if we cycle again they will start me on something that would help stabilize those levels which would hopefully help keep the AF migraines at bay.  FX we won't need to worry about that, but it is good to know.

Anyways, that is all I know.  More follistim tonight!
