Growing

My dreamer secret santa sent me this amazing gift and I wanted to share. It is this flower/bulb that came pre-potted (luckily).  You just keep it warm and water it and it will grow into this beautiful flower -- in the dead of winter!?!  I know, crazy stuff.


It is growing already and it makes me smile every day!

Every day when we get home DH and I go see how much it has grown.  It is so fun and I love it so much. 


I love having something that is beautiful and alive like that growing in my house!  I cannot wait for it to bloom.


So, normally, people who know me would never trust me with anything green as I have a unique ability to kill things.  But my mission is to keep this alive and growing!  I love the smile it brings us every day.
