I graduated from my RE on Tuesday. It bittersweet. They put me at the end of the day so there were not other patients at the office to bother. We had a great ultrasound and then there was lots of tears and hugging. I will definitely miss those people.
Baby G is starting to actually look like a little baby instead of a blob. Heartbeat was a pretty consistent 166 bmp until the RE poked him/her with the dildo cam and then it shot up to 177 bpm. He had the sound on at that time and it was so cool to see and hear the reaction. My RE said "whew, baby did not like that." But he said it is a good sign to see a reaction like that.
DH and I decided on a hospital and my RE helped us then choose an OB who is associated with that hospital. They are sending our records and a referral to the OB who will contact us to set up an appt. They are also referring us to a MFM (maternal fetal medicine) specialist to do an NT scan and to help me try to manage my migraines during pregnancy. ANY help with these headaches is GREATLY appreciated. They are BRUTAL.
I am kind of sad that I will not get to see my little bean once every week or two now that I have become a "normal" pregnant person, but I am looking forward to seeing him/her at the NT scan.
So far everything has been so strong -- blood work, progesterone, heart rate, etc. I couldn't be happier.
We have started to tell some people. I told my sister who was ecstatic. And I told two of my co-workers who knew all about out IF journey. They both cried and gave me hugs they were so happy for us. It was a really good feeling to get such good reactions.
Well, here is the newest pic of the LO. Baby is measuring right on track and is exactly an inch long! So tiny.

I'm sure it must be a little bittersweet, but congrats on graduating from the RE and being a "regular" pregnant lady!!! Sending my love to you and Baby G!
