Thanks For The Reminder, Iphone

Yesterday on the way to work my normal local sports radio station was having some troubles so I let my IPhone decide what I listened to.  It selected the soundtrack from the 1996 Broadway musical Rent.  It is by far one of my favorite shows ever but it has probably been years since I have listened to it. 

I love the music so all day yesterday, I jammed out to the Rent soundtrack.  If you haven't seen it (1) you must do so immediately.  And not the movie version but the amazingly awesome, on-stage version and (2)  you probably should know it is about a group of people who have no money and are living with AIDS.  Some of them are transsexuals or prostitutes, etc.  So, I guess as much as I love it, it is not for everyone.  BUT -- the whole moral of the show is "no day but today", live without regrets, etc. 

So, one of my favorite songs came on and the words kind of spoke to me.

I do a lot of worrying about a lot of things.  I think the song really touched me because I need to try more to live in today instead of worrying about what tomorrow holds.  I will try.  No day but today, right?
